Alright, here’s the nitty-gritty.
Below you’ll find how weddings and elopements work, a few extras worth knowing about, and answers to the questions almost everyone asks at this stage.
Take your time with it — and when you’re ready, let’s talk.

What’s included
- Full-day coverage, with me behind the camera
Up to 12 hours with you and your guests; from getting ready to last dance. I shoot documentary-style, blending into the day rather than staging it, so what you get back is real.
- Your private gallery
A minimum of 500 high-resolution images, each one personally curated and edited by hand; not a batch filter, one by one. Delivered within 12 weeks via a secure, password-protected online gallery, yours to keep.
- Travel and accommodation, covered
Wherever the wedding is, getting me there is on me. One less thing on your list.
-
€4500
This covers everything above. If your wedding is over 200 guests, I recommend a second photographer — more on that below.
To secure your date: a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. The rest is split — 25% mid-year, 25% two weeks before your wedding. A monthly payment plan can also be arranged if that’s easier.

FAQS
What happens once we're ready to book?
Great! We’ll meet over a video call, or coffee if you’re local and go through the details together. If it feels like the right match, all I need is a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to secure your date.
Where are you located?
I’m based in Aveiro, Portugal, living by the river with my beautiful family. I’m a couple of hours north of Lisbon and 45 minutes from Porto. Regardless of where in Portugal your wedding is, all collections cover travel and accommodation. For international weddings, just get in touch.
We're planning a destination wedding. Do you travel for work?
Absolutely! I have a passion for traveling and capturing love stories around the world. I’ve documented weddings in Tasmania, the USA, Egypt, Italy, France, Canada, and more. No location is too close, too far, or too remote.
How does payment work?
You can pay via Wise, international bank transfer, or major credit cards through PayPal (PayPal adds a 4% fee).
A 50% deposit and signed agreement secure your date. The remaining 50% is split in two: 25% at the midpoint between booking and your wedding date, and the final 25% two weeks before your wedding.
Prefer a different rhythm? A monthly payment plan can be arranged too. Just ask.
What's your approach when photographing our wedding?
I aim to be a “guest with a camera” rather than a staff member. It’s not uncommon for guests to ask, “Have you been friends with them since college?” That’s because I dress and behave like a close friend, focused on capturing their happiness and celebration, blending into the background rather than directing it. For more, check out our Google reviews.
We're having more than 200 guests at our wedding. Is that an issue?
Not at all. I have a preference for small, intimate ceremonies, but plenty of experience with larger ones too. For weddings over 200 guests, I’d recommend adding a second photographer; you’ll find that option in the Add-ons section above.
I’d love to have my images in print. Do you sell albums?
Absolutely! I’m a strong advocate for printed memories, and I take pride in partnering with a local album supplier who crafts them by hand in Portugal, using eco-friendly materials. I offer two sizes (20x20cm and 30x30cm), both printed on high-quality fine art paper and bound with organic linen. For a complete album example, click here. Prices start at €1200 for a 20x20cm, 20-page album.
Do you shoot portraits, engagements, or family sessions?
Yes. engagement, family, maternity, and portrait sessions are all something I genuinely enjoy. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other and settle into a comfortable rhythm; I know being in front of the camera can feel awkward, and I’m here to make it relaxed instead.
These sessions run €400 and include:
- one hour of photography
- a minimum of 50–70 photos
- fully edited, full-resolution images
- a custom online gallery with unlimited downloads
- copyright release for personal use and print
Plus any applicable travel fees.
What are your portrait/engagement sessions like?
To make them more personal, I like to start somewhere intentional: your home, or a spot we pick together, even if it’s hours (or days) away. The focus is connection, relationship, and authenticity. I’ll make pretty photos, but the goal is photos that outlast the moment they were taken. #legacy
We don't speak Portuguese. Nor any of our guests. Is that a problem?
Not at all! English is my second language – as you could probably tell by this whole website ahah.
How many photos do you deliver?
It depends on a few variables — a 100-guest wedding yields more photos than an elopement, for example. Typically: 50–100 images from engagement sessions, 200–300 from elopements, and 500+ from bigger weddings.
When will the photos be ready?
For engagement/portrait sessions, expect your private gallery within 8 weeks of the shoot. Weddings take a bit longer — typically 12-16 weeks after the big day.
Do you deliver color copies of the black and white images?
All black and white images are delivered as black and white only.
I'd love to have my images in print. Do you sell albums?
Absolutely! I’m a strong advocate for printed memories. I partner with a local supplier who hand-crafts each album in Portugal using eco-friendly materials: fine-art paper, bound in organic linen, made to last. Available in two sizes, 20×20cm and 30×30cm. Pricing (plus a discount for booking alongside your wedding) is in the Add-ons section above. For a full album walkthrough, click here.
Do you shoot video?
Video should be handled by someone with the same passion for it that I have for photography, so I specialise exclusively in photography. If you’re looking for a videographer, I’m happy to recommend a few who match my style.
Do you have backup gear?
I’m meticulous about backups. I carry two cameras, plus a spare, each recording to separate memory cards for immediate backup, along with extra lenses. After every wedding, before I leave, your images are backed up in five different locations. In over 15 years of shooting weddings, I haven’t lost a single image.
