Casamento na floresta da Patrícia e do Simão

“Haja saúde” era precisamente o que a Patrícia e o Simão queriam ouvir no dia do casamento deles. Planear um casamento ao ar livre para o mês das chuvas foi um acto de coragem mas também de confiança. Eles sabiam o que queriam e não tiveram medo de arriscar mas precisavam que todos os convidados sentissem da mesma forma que eles. Assim, na semana antes do casamento, partilharam no grupo de Facebook que haviam criado para manter os amigos a par de tudo, uma mensagem importante para eles: não queremos ouvir “casamento molhado, casamento abençoado” nem outras coisas que se dizem aos noivos quando chove no casamento. Preferiam ouvir um “nunca pior” ou “haja saúde” e que, se chover, se ignore por completo esse facto. O importante é estarmos juntos e felizes.
E assim foi, precaveram-se da melhor forma que puderam e organizaram um casamento sentido, feliz, rodeados de muito amor e carinho e de mãos dadas entraram nesta aventura, faça chuva ou faça sol.

Patrícia & Simão’s Forest wedding

“Haja saúde” (portuguese expression that means may there be good health) is exactly what Patrícia and Simão wanted to hear on their wedding day. To plan an outdoor wedding on one of the rainiest months was not only an act of courage but also of trust. They knew what they wanted and weren’t afraid of risking it but they needed their guests to be on the same page as them. To do so, on the week before the wedding, they posted on their Facebook group an important message: we don’t want to hear “a wet wedding is a blessed wedding” nor other things that people usually say to the bride and groom whenever there is rain. They would rather hear a “never worse” or “haja saúde” and, if it rains, just ignore it. The most important thing is that we are all together and happy.
And so it was, they prepared everything and planned a heartfelt and happy wedding, surrounded by love and care, and entered this adventure holding hands, come rain or shine.
