There are so many ways love stories can be celebrated. Finding the one way that suits you is the hardest part. It takes courage to have a wedding away from family but, at the same time, it can be incredibly freeing not having to deal with everyone’s expectations. Listening to your own voice as a couple and finding the right place, even if it’s in another country. Listening to your heart.
Many people say they will never get married because they feel uncomfortable being the center of attention. However, every time we show them this kind of ceremony, we get a very excited “can I do that?”. The answer is yes: you can do whatever you want. It’s your freakin’ wedding. It’s your future together. Your love story.

Cassy and David flew from Australia to Portugal to elope in a place they had never seen before. The little chapel in Monserrate Palace is the perfect stage for small and intimate ceremonies. The way the walls fade into the trees is a poem for lovers waiting to be written.

Há muitas maneiras de celebrar uma estória de amor. Escolher a forma que melhor se adequa a nós é a parte difícil. É preciso coragem para fazer um casamento longe da família mas, ao mesmo tempo, pode ser profundamente libertador não ter que gerir expectativas de toda a gente. Poder ouvir a nossa própria voz enquanto casal e encontrar o local certo, mesmo que seja noutro país. Escutar o nosso coração.
Muitos casais comentam connosco que nunca se casarão porque se sentem desconfortáveis a ser o centro das atenções. A Cassy e o David vieram da Austrália para Portugal para fazer um elopement num sítio onde nunca tinham estado. A pequena capela do Palácio de Monserrate é um palco perfeito para pequenas cerimónias. A maneira como as paredes se fundem com a natureza é um verdadeiro poema à espera de ser escrito.
