Social media burnout.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve read my last post. I am taking a break from social media.
I have logged off Facebook in August 2019 and haven’t returned since. Now it’s time to log off Instagram too.
This social media channel was draining me, my mental health and taking me away from my family.
I was wasting (on average) 18 hours a week on my phone. No bueno.
All the content that we are fed through that little screen on our phones was making me feel miserable and drained.
I was only consuming content and not actually creating content. That was driving me insane – only I didn’t know.
Beth Kerby once said something that stuck with me: in order to produce great content, you have to live great content.
So I’m off.
I’m off to live the greatest content I can: my family. My trusting clients. My bike rides. My photos.
To do this, I need your help.
Creating beautiful and meaningful content can only exist when working together. And I want to work with you.
How can I help you?
